How we use it
We use this information only to review your requirements, contact you about your enquiry and discuss potential supply and next steps. We do not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing because you submitted the form.
Legal basis: To confirm: for example, legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. Your enquiry is not sent automatically to lead generation partners. If sharing details of your requirements with a partner would help, we will discuss it with you first.
We use the following service providers to run this website:
- Website hosting and enquiry storage: Manus (the platform this website is built and hosted on), which stores submitted enquiries in a managed database. To confirm: provider contract details and data storage location
- Enquiry notifications: new enquiries trigger a notification to the Outside Partners account through Manus. To confirm: email notification provider, if email delivery is added
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for To confirm: retention period, e.g. 24 months from the last contact, after which they are deleted, unless we have entered into a business relationship that requires us to keep them longer.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising pixels, analytics tracking or marketing cookies. To confirm: final check of any strictly necessary cookies set by the hosting platform, completed at launch

The enquiry form is submitted over an encrypted connection, and enquiries are stored in a database that is not publicly accessible.
